The Director of Sport in a Prep School

The landscape of prep school sport is rapidly changing. There is pressure for both inclusivity and competitive success, and the Director of Sport faces significant challenges in compiling a programme to meet all expectations. Parents can be intrusive, and resources often limited. This course addresses the practical issues faced by prep school sport, and considers possible strategies and solutions. It is suitable for teachers leading sport in prep schools as well as those who aspire to do so. It aims to address the contemporary issues faced by physical activity in this unique sector.
