This seminar is designed to support newly appointed Co-Curricular Deputy or Assistant Heads, as well as teachers considering applying for these roles. As these positions are relatively new in many schools, priorities and operational processes are still being developed. The course will explore the objectives of the role and how success can be measured. It will also cover effective strategies for pursuing and quality-controlling priorities across the school, addressing common challenges, and enhancing communication and people management skills essential for success.
