Creating High Performing Teams

Dates & Venues

What really makes a team high performing? It’s not just talent — it’s behaviour characteristics are fundamental.

This webinar explores the key characteristics that define high performing teams, helping you answer critical questions: Are you truly a team? Do you need to be? And how do you reach the next level?

We’ll break down performance across five essential elements:

    • Defining what good looks like with clear vision and alignment
    • Focusing only on what truly drives impact
    • Creating a culture of challenge and support
    • Building strong team understanding and connection
    • Developing ownership and accountability at every level

Through real case studies, you’ll also see how teams create shared pledges and hold each other to account and high standards.
