This Conference is intended for current and aspiring Heads of secondary age Physical Education in schools of all types. It will present a range of contemporary material, alongside case studies of current best practice in different sectors, to enable programme leaders to ensure that PE is relevant and meaningful in their context. Current practitioners will be enabled to bridge the gap between research and practice. The day will provide a combination of inspirational keynotes, interactive workshops and opportunities to collaborate with other leaders of PE.

Asha Riley
Asha Riley is a Loughborough graduate and former Lacrosse player, who represented England in the 2015 World Cup. She has worked in a range of schools, in UK and overseas, where she has championed the causes of girls’ sport, active lifestyles and engaging reluctant exercisers. She is the creator of MOVE60 project, an innovative curriculum to teach health and exercise.
